Blackmon Top EmployeePublished Wednesday, December 11, 1996 in the Nevada County PicayuneVictor Blackmon is Employee of the Month at the Nevada County Recycle and Workcenter. Victor, a 36-year old native of Prescott, is the son of Ms. Carrie Isaac. He is one of the center's best workers. He is what you'd call "the all around man." He knows how to get the job done. There's never a fuss "Let's work," he says. Victor has other jobs as well. Besides working hard at the workcenter, he works as one of the bus assistants part-time. No matter what the task -- recycling cardboard, newspapers, or lifting, you'll see Victor. You can always depend on him to give a helping hand.
