Eula Stewart HuffmanPublished Wednesday, January 15, 1997 in the Gurdon TimesEula Stewart Huffman, 93, of Okolona died Saturday, January 11, 1997, at the Pineview Nursing Home at Gurdon. Born February 14, 1903, in Okolona, she was the daughter of Connie and Nancy Alma Shackelford Stewart. She was a member of Center Grove United Methodist Church and the widow of L. Rush Huffman. Survivors include one daughter, Judy Wilkins of Okolona; one brother, Willie Stewart of Freonia, Texas; four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. Services were held Tuesday, January 14, at Center Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Keith Dodson officiating. Burial was in Center Ridge Cemetery under the direction of Murry-Ruggles Funeral Home of Arkadelphia. Memorials may be made to the Center Ridge Cemetery Fund c/o Mary Virginia Brandon.
