Mae Harris GrahamPublished Wednesday, January 15, 1997 in the Nevada County PicayuneMae Harris Graham, 85, of Farmington, N.M., formerly of Nevada County, died Wednesday, January 8, 1997, at SJRMC in Farmington. Born October 31, 1911, in Nevada County, she was the daughter of William Barney Harris and Allie May Pittman Harris. She was known for her needlework and beautiful dolls that she made. She was the widow of Maj. Tillman Graham. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Ike and Will Harris. Survivors include two daughters, Teresa Kathleen Reeves and Norma Louise Dunn both of Dekalb, Texas; two sons, Arlis H. Graham of Houston, Texas, and Major W. Graham of Farmington; two brothers, Carter Harris of Prescott and Barney Harris Jr. of Gainesville, Fla.; three sisters, Florence Cornelius of Prescott, Elizabeth Carolyn Cummings of Sheridan and Shelby Jean Avery of Arkadelphia; 15 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. Services were held Saturday, January 11, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Farmington with Bishop F. Douglas Moeller officiating. Pallbearers were James Paul Fritzler, Morris Wilbur Dunn, Bobby Dean Graham, Gary Wallis Graham, Michael Wayne Reeves, Mark Harris Graham, Tony Wayne Graham and Brett Stradling Graham. Honorary pallbearers were M. Todd Graham, Samuel Charles Graham, Stephen St. John, Joshua Michael Williams.
