Broncos End Season With 6-0 Record

The Prescott Parks Department youth flag football season for fourth, fifth and sixth graders was won by the Broncos. This team won six games with no losses.

The Broncos scored 119 points and allowed only one touchdown and one extra point.

R.J. Vanhook was the league's leading rusher and scorer with 12 touchdowns. R.J. is only a fifth grader with plenty of talent.

Christopher Hunt, Josh Brown, Rumon `Deion' Reece and Martel Woodley all scored touchdowns and extra points. Adam Beaver was the leading receiver with six catches and five extra points. Kendall Stanhouse also made an extra point.

In the kicking game, Christopher Hunt was the kicker and Josh Brown was the punter.

The very quick and tough Bronco defense was led by Kendall Stanhouse, Martel Woodley and Rumon `Deion' Reece all with 14 stops each; Jarrod Norwood, R.J. Vanhook and Josh Brown all with 13 stops each; Dustin Goodwin had 12 with Christopher Hunt; and Adam Beaver with ten each.

Also helping the Broncos go undefeated were players Jody Almond, Ricardo Smith, Josh Wicker, Cody Brown, Michael Harvey, Cole Hillery and offensive right guard, third grader Chance Cummings.

This team was coached on offense by Lance Beaver and Donny Hunt. Terry Oliver coached the Orange Crush defense.
