Caruru Brown visited Eva Jones and Gracie Tyree. Helen Harrison also visited them. Gladys Stephens visited Edna Formby, Ruth House and Gladys Hawley. Anita Tyree Maxwell, Gracie Tyree's granddaughter, visited her this past week. Visiting Mozelle Gill were Ruby Hunt and friend Carl Willis. Betty Glass visited Mary Cross last week. Visiting Louise Presson, were her cousin from Gurdon, William Campbell, and also her son, Jerry Presson. Visiting Gladys Hawley were Murrene Prinett from Lubbock, Texas, Elizabeth Wilson and Earnestine Harring. We have two birthdays this week, Irene Riley, August 6, and James Blackburn, August 7. Visiting Edna Formby Saturday were her son and daughter-in-law, Henry and Linda Formby. We have two new residents, Garland Plyler and Gracie Tyree. We want to welcome each one and would like to make them feel at home. Visiting his wife, Betty Erhart, was Charlie Erhart. Visiting Grace Dowing Saturday were Mildred Stallworth of Baton Rouge, La., and Margaret Schaiffer of Fouke. Our prayers go out to the Annie Johnson family. Annie Johnson died last Wednesday. Roy Loomis visits his sister, Faye Sutton, every week and also her faithful husband comes out everyday to help her. Visiting Ester Reese Saturday were her daughter, Pauline Hawley, and Glen Applegate, a friend. Mr. and Mrs. Adron Hicks visited Ohel Daniel, Mary Cross and Ozelle and Louise Dillard Saturday. Visiting Ollie Parker were Daphine Freeman and Angela and Larry Cottingham. Bro. and Mrs. Gene Cloer visits her mother, Ruth Rouse, almost everyday. We want to say a big thank you to the Shady Grove Church for a wonderful service Sunday. We really enjoyed you. Mr. and Mrs. J.E. Dillard and grandson, Trent Messer, from Rosston visited Mr. and Mrs. Louie Dillard Tuesday morning. Hody Butler from Dallas spent a few days with his mother, Lula Butler, last week. Jo DeWoody from Gurdon spent Tuesday with her Aunt Lillian Terrell. Charles White and Olen Loe visited Ohel Daniel Thursday. Arlene Willis from Hope spent Friday morning with her mother, Annie Burke. Jimmy and Diane Buck from McCaskill visited his father, Leamon Buck, Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Louie Dillard's daughter, Margaret Rhodes, and Odellia Burke visited Saturday morning. Janet Beaver and Misty from Camden visited her mother, Minnie Moore, Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Charles May from Murfreesboro visited her father, Jessie Steed, Sunday.
