David Goodson, County Executive Director, Farm Service Agency (FSA) has announced that requests for refund payments through the Dairy Refund Payment Program (DRPP) will be accepted throught March 17, 1997.

Eligible producers must provide evidence that the 1996 calendar year marketings are equal to or less than the 1995 calendar year milk marketing before a 1996 DRPP can be issued.

The refund payment amount will be the assessment withheld from the producer's proceeds from January 1 through April 30, 1996.
