Several Donations Made To Start Group

A membership drive is underway for the newly formed Prescott Future Farmers of America Alumni.

This organization is being established to promote and support vocational education in Prescott schools by working with Future Farmers of America.

Membership is open to any individual interested in supporting agricultural education in the community. Those interested in membership or sponsorship should contact Jeff Milam, Mike Chambless, Jay Ratcliff or Jake Tyree.

A public meeting will be held Thursday, March 6, at 7:00 p.m. in the agricultural building at Prescott High school. All individuals joining on or before March 6 will be invited to sign the Prescott FFA Alumni charter.

Articles dated December 1981 through May 2001 were contributed by Ragsdale Printing Company, Inc. Articles June 2001 to ? were contributed by Better Built Group, Inc. Ownership of all Nevada County Picayune content from the beginning of the newspaper, including predecessors, until May 2001 was contributed by the John and Betty Ragsdale family to the Prescott Community Freenet Association.
