Jess Edward Mobley Jr., 72, of Bossier City, La., died Wednesday, July 28, 1999.

Mr. Mobley was a hotel manager. Survivors include two sons, Phillip Mobley of Chicago, Ill., and Edward Mobley of San Diego, Calif.; one daughter, Barbara Mobley of Chicago; three brothers, Charles Mobley of Arkadelphia, Jack Mobley of Ashland City, Tenn., and Austin Mobley of Keithville, La.; four sisters, Virginia Acklen and Florence Barnette of Bossier City, Jean Millsap of Hensley and Barbara Egger of Arkadelphia; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services were Saturday, July 31, in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel in Gurdon. Burial was in Easley Cemetery under the direction of Horne Funeral Home of Gurdon.
