Garland McAnallyPublished Wednesday, March 19, 1997 in the Nevada County PicayuneGarland McAnally, 75, of Prescott died Sunday, March 16, 1997. Born July 23, 1921, in Arkadelphia, he was a weight and scales operator, a retired employee of Ozan Lumber Co., and then Potlatch, a 32nd degree Mason, a Woodman of the World member and a Baptist. Survivors include his wife, Lois McAnally of Prescott; two sons, Garland McAnally Jr. of Monticello and John Stanley McAnally of Plano, Texas; one daughter, Janette Pedigo of Prescott; five brothers, Willie L. McAnally of Little Rock, James E. McAnally of Curtis, Robert D. McAnally of Texarkana, Charles McAnally of Arkadelphia and Joe D. McAnally of Arkadelphia; two sisters, Dorothy Harkrider and Shirley Loy of Arkadelphia; seven grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. Services were held Tuesday, March 18, at First Baptist Church in Prescott with Milton Cowling officiating.
