Elmer Lee White

Elmer Lee White, 77, of Reader died Monday, March 10, 1997, in Doctors Hospital in Little Rock.

Mr. White was a retired brakeman-conductor for the Missouri-Pacific Railroad. He was a Baptist.

He is survived by one son, Teddy White of Reader; two daughters, Bessie Dukes of Jackson, Miss., and Nancy Talley of Shreveport, La.; three sisters, Lorene McRee of Hope, Novice Norman of McKenzie, Tenn., and Charlene Benton of Texas; 10 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and numerous nephews and nieces.

Services were held Thursday, March 13, at Reader Baptist Church with Bro. Eugene Burroughs officiating. Burial was in Bluff City Cemetery under the direction of Proctor Funeral Home of Camden.
