Verned `Dale' HartPublished Wednesday, March 26, 1997 in the Nevada County PicayuneVerned D. `Dale' Hart of North Little Rock died Thursday, March 20, 1997. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, achieving the rank of Senior Master Sergeant. He was a heavy ground radar technician, serving in Japan, Newfoundland, Labrador and Libya. He was an ROTC instructor in Little Rock Central High School's Air Force ROTC program, an American Red Cross volunteer at the Air Base pharmacy and a member of Faith Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Annie Parks Hart of North Little Rock; two sons, Steven D. Hart and Kevin A. Hart, both of North Little Rock; his mother, Gladys Hart of Morrilton; four sisters, Wanda Haynie of Oppelo, Bobbie McKinnon of Jacksonville, and Mary Ann Jenckes and Jean Kincaid, both of North Little Rock; three brothers, James Hart of Texarkana, Billy Hart of Conway and Robert Hart of Little Rock; and one granddaughter. Services were held Thursday, March 20, at Faith Baptist Church in North Little Rock with Rev. Robert Francis and Rev. James F. Holmes officiating. Entombment was in Edgewood Memorial Park Mausoleum.
