Hillery Earns Scholarship To Arkansas State

Susannah Marie Hillery of Magnolia, a senior at Magnolia High School, has accepted an Academic Distinction Scholarship to attend Arkansas State University in Jonesboro next fall.

Her parents are Dr. and Mrs. Raymond Whitehead of Magnolia and William Hillery of Prescott.

ASU awards the Academic Distinction Scholarship for full tuition to Arkansas high school seniors with strong potential for academic success, as determined by the student's ACT score, or grade point average and class rank. The award is renewable through the recipient's senior year.

Entering freshmen may choose from among 71 major fields of study in which ASU offers the bachelor's degree.
