Clocks To Be Moved Forward This WeekendPublished Wednesday, April 2, 1997 in the Nevada County PicayuneDaylight savings time is here again. People are reminded to set their clocks ahead one hour at 2 a.m. Sunday, April 6. It is suggested, though, to make the change before going to bed Saturday night. This will prevent any confusion on Sunday morning. Another change the Arkansas Department of Health is urging, is to change batteries in smoke detectors.
