School NewsPublished Wednesday, April 23, 1997 in the Nevada County PicayuneGeorgia Estes, left, a teacher at Emmet High School, and Tiffany Elliott, a ninth grade student at the school, recently had singing roles as Sister and Postulant in `The Sound of Music.' This musical was presented March 13-16 by the Southwest Arkansas Arts Council in Hope's Klipsch Auditorium. Friday, March 22, the Emmet's second grade invited the students of kindergarten and first grade to the wedding of `Q' and `U'. `Q' and `U' were joined to form a blend. After the ceremony, cake and punch were served. The minister was given a quarter.
