Edith Grimes BoxPublished Wednesday, April 16, 1997 in the Nevada County PicayuneEdith Grimes Box, 92, of Prescott, died Saturday, April 12, 1997, at her home. She was a lifelong resident of Prescott and former owner of The Fashion Shop. Survivors include two sisters, Lois Alice Grimes and Lila Grimes of Prescott; one grandson; and several nieces and nephews. Services were held Monday, April 14, at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Jerry Westmoreland officiating. Burial was in DeAnn Cemetery under the direction of the Shackelford Funeral Home of Prescott. Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church in Prescott.
