Allen Makes ListPublished Wednesday, April 30, 1997 in the Gurdon TimesKelly J. Allen, a student at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, has been informed that she has been placed on the chancellor's list for the fall semester. Students who achieve a 4.00 cumulative grade point average in a given semester are honored with placement on the list. A commemorative certificate documenting these significant academic achievement is given to each student so honored. Allen is a graduate of Gurdon High School and attended Henderson State University before going to UAMS. She is the daughter of Kenny and Christy Allen of Gurdon.
