PMS Sets Open HousePublished Wednesday, August 11, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayunePrescott Middle School will hold its annual public meeting and open house on Thursday, August 12. Orientation for grades 5-8 and parents will be at 5:30 p.m. in the school's cafetorium. Principal James H. Gober will welcome parents and introduce the staff. A general overview of the total middle school program will be presented to the parents as well as the annual improvement plans. Parents will be made aware of many important rules and policies for this year. Other important areas which will present overviews are PTO (Parents and Teachers Organization), transportation, special education, library, counselor and the Title I program.
