Kenneth `Kenny' CoxPublished Wednesday, May 7, 1997 in the Nevada County PicayuneKenneth James `Kenny' Cox, 27, of Hope died Tuesday, April 22, 1997, in Hope. Born April 6, 1970, in Texarkana, Texas, he was meat market manager at Sav-A-Lot Food Store and a reserve officer for the city of Hope. He was a member of Anderson Baptist Church in Hope. Survivors include his wife, Tracy Rook Cox of Hope; his mother, Dianna Applegate of Spring Hill; his father, Sam Henry Cox of Hope; two brothers, Sam H. Cox Jr. of Spring Hill and Charles Roger Cox of Hope; and one sister, Rebecca `Becky' Clark of Spring Hill. Services were held Friday, April 25, at Unity Baptist Church of Hope with Rev. Harold Seward officiating. Burial was in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Hope under the direction of Brazzel-Oakcrest Chapel Funeral Home of Hope.
