Two Appointed To Board Of Hope HospitalPublished Wednesday, May 7, 1997 in the Nevada County PicayuneConsistent with one of the points outlined in his 10-point operational strategy for Columbia Medical Park Hospital, Jimmy Leopard, CEO, announcedlast week that John R. Graves and Charlotte Bradley have been selected to serve as officers on the hospital's board of trustees. Graves, who will serve as chairman, is a Hope attorney and chief executive officer of Citizens National Bank of Hope. Mrs. Bradley, who will serve as vice chairman, is admistrative assistant of Hope Water and Light. "We are very fortunate to have such quality, cost efficient facility that residents of southwest Arkansas can be proud of," Leopard said in a prepared news release. "Having members of the community on our board of trustees establishes a formal process to solicit sommunity perceptions of service quality and healthcare needs." Other members of the board are Jim McKenzie of Prescott, an attorney with McKenzie, McRae, Vasser and Barber; Dr. Michael Young of Prescott, chief of staff; Dr. LaDell Douglas, vice chief of staff; and Dr. Dale Goins, past chief of staff. Jimmy Leopard, CEO and Bill Pack, CFO are members from the hospital. Columbia Medical Park Hospital is a part of Columbia/HCA, which is the nation's largest provider of healthcare services with more than 340 hospitals, 140 surgery centers, 570 home health locations with 285,000 employees in 36 states, England, Switzerland and Spain.
