Jester New Miss GHSPublished Wednesday, May 7, 1997 in the Gurdon TimesLe Andra Jester, a senior at Gurdon High School, was crowned Miss GHS in a ceremony April 26 at the Gurdon High School auditorium. She was the essay winner and received the trophy for Miss Photegenic. First runner-up was Kimberly Robertson; second runner-up was Valerie Swayze and third runner up was Kellie McKinnon. Jester's parents are Sherell and Carla Jester of Gurdon. Grandparents are Patsy Shankles and the late Frank White and Amy Jester and the late Wilburn Jester, all of Gurdon.
