Class For Arrangments Is ScheduledPublished Wednesday, May 14, 1997 in the Gurdon TimesSkeletonized magnolia leaves, sometimes called "angel feathers," can be used in dried arrangements, shadow boxes, wreathes and other decorations. The thick magnolia leaves lend themselves durable decoratiave leaf structure. This technique will be taught by Judy Wilson on Wednesday, May 21, at 9:30 a.m. in the Extension Homemakers kitchen at the Clark County Fair grounds. Magnolia leaves will be furnished. There is no charge for the classes. People interested in participating must call the Extension office, 246-2281, by Friday, May 16, to sign up for the class and to get a list of materials to bring.
