Marian Yvonne `Vern' Gulley-Hardamon, 56, of Rosston died Wednesday, May 21, 1997, in Columbia Medical Park Hospital in Hope.

Born February 1, 1941, in Emmet, she was the daughter of Jewel H. and Melba Muldrew. She was a member of the Bethel AME Church in Rosston.

Survivors include her husband, Benjamin Hardamon Jr. of Rosston; six daughters, Patricia Muldrew of Hope, Marilyn Benton and Annette Strickland, both of Camden, Sandra Mixon, Linda Mullins and Kristi Gulley all of Rosston; two sons, Owen Gulley Jr. of Oakland, Calif., and Antonio Gulley of Rosston; her parents, Jewel Henry and Melba Muldrew of Rosston; five brothers, Burnis Muldrew of Emmet, Curtis Muldrew of Fort Hood, Texas, Hershal Muldrew of Hope, and Larry Muldrew and Jewel Muldrew of Rosston; three sisters, Louise Williams of Texarkana, Ark., Bertha Cooks of Hope and Mildred Harris of Tulsa, Okla.; and 15 grandchildren.

Services were held Monday, May 26, at New Salem AME Church in Rosston with Rev. Leslie Banks officiaiting. Burial was in New Salem Cemetery in Rosston.
