Last week's news:

Big news in this area is the reunion for graduates and staff of Cale High School. They will be honoring 1966-67 through 1988, but all alumni of Cale are invited. The date is September 4. Food will be catered.

If you are interested in attending contact Robin Ammons, Patricia Carter Stewart, Eula Lemay Allen, Pat Glass McCullough, Brenda Yarbrough Williams, Sharon Yarbrough Henry, Charlotte Charles Watts, Janet Munn Steed or Davis Benton.

There will be more about it later.

Revival will be going on at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Cale this week. Services starts at 7:30 p.m.

Linda Hacker and family of Texarkana visited her parents, Pocket and Nez Callicott, and other Callicotts here Sunday.

Pocket and Don Callicott and Frank Allen Cross are camping out some this week. It never gets too hot here for fishing.

Margie Reed's company for supper Saturday evening were her daughter, Celia Karmel, and her family, daughter, Carolyn Hicks, and her family and sister, Charlotte Smith.

Youth from Morris Baptist and Caney Community are planning a one day trip to Wild River Country on August 12. They will be leaving the church at 9 a.m. Everyone should take a sack lunch and your drink.

The youth will have a car wash Saturday, August 7, from 8 a.m. until noon to help with expenses. If you want to make the trip, help with the car wash. No work, no play. If you need more information, call Bro. Tal Webb.

Kevin Karmel of Fort Worth, Texas, will be working in this area this week. He and his wife and twins will make their headquarters at Ken and Celia's.

Don and Janice Callicott celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary Saturday. They went out to eat. No cooking and no dirty dishes.

Thought: If you're feeling good, don't worry, you'll get over it.
