DWI ACCIDENTPublished Wednesday, August 11, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneMatt Angel, 22, of Prescott, learned drinking and driving don't mix. According to reports, Angel was traveling on County Road 17 Saturday morning around 1 a.m., when he apparently lost control of his 1997 Jeep while in a curve.
