Photo Contest WinnersPublished Wednesday, June 4, 1997 in the Gurdon TimesWinners of the Clark County 4-H Ross Photography Contest this year have been announced. The contest was held May 20. Winners from the county competition will move on to compete with other 4-H members on the state level. The winners were: Color Non-Living-- first place: Katherine Ferguson; second place: Trey Burchfield; and third place: Robyn LeMay. Color Living-- first place: Katherine Ferguson; second place: Trey Burchfield; and third place: Elizabeth Ezell. Black/White Non-Living -- first place: Elizabeth Ezell; second place: Robyn LeMay; and third place: Trey Burchfield. Black/White Living-- first place: Elizabeth Ezell; second place: Molly May; and third place: Robyn LeMay. Becky Callaway received an honorable mention. Ownership of all Nevada County Picayune content from the beginning of the newspaper, including predecessors, until May 2001 was contributed by the John and Betty Ragsdale family to the Prescott Community Freenet Association.
