Fundamental Camp Planned

The Henderson State Univesity Individual Fundamental Camp is being held Sunday, June 22, through Tuesday, June 24, for 7th through 10th grade boys.

The fee for the 1997 camp is $120 for a resident camper and $90 for a commuter camper.

The fee for a resident camper includes all-you-can-eat meals, air conditioned dorms, access to all HSU facilities, free t-shirt,and insurance.

The fee for a commuter camper covers all of the above except over night accommodations.

Special sessions conducted by former Razorback and Sacramento King Corliss Williamson and/or former UALR and Los Angeles Laker Derrick Fisher will be featured.

The Henderson State Individual Fundamental Camp is dedicating itself to improve the basic skills needed to be successful at the game of basketball.

Each camper will receive many minutes of individual attention from either college or high school coaches and college players.

This is not a camp with hundreds of kids who will just play games, but a camp that will give players many options and ideas of how to become a better basketball player. The age group has been narrowed so players can compete with players their own age.
