Jerry Wayne HoneycuttPublished Wednesday, June 11, 1997 in the Nevada County PicayuneJerry Wayne Honeycutt, 52, of Hope, died Sunday, June 8, 1997, at St. Joseph's Regional Health Center in Hot Springs. He was born in Hope on June 8, 1945, to J.W. and Eddine Musgrove Honeycutt. He was a paramedic for Hempstead County Ambulnace Service of Hope. He was preceded in death by one son, Jerry Wayne `Jay' Honeycutt Jr. Survivors include his wife: Carol Honeycutt of Hope; two sons: John Honeycutt of Germany and Jacob Honeycutt of Florida; four daughters: Robin Parker of Maysville, N.C., June Hamilton of Bodcaw, Ann Mead of Schenectady, N.Y., and one brother: Richard Gene Honeycutt of Baytown, Texas; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services will be Thursday, June 12, at 2:00 p.m., at Brazzel-Oakcrest Chapel in Hope with Rev. D.D. Fairchild officiating.
