Athletes Need Physicals

Athletic physicals will be given at the Prescott High School student lounge by Dr. Charles Vermont on Wednesday, June 25.

Physical forms must be filled out completely and signed by a parent or guardian before you can get a physical.

The time schedule will be a follows:

Girls (grades 7-12) from 1:00 to 2:30;

Boys (grades 10-12) from 2:30 to 3:30; and

Boys (grades 7-9) from 3:30 to 4:30.

Physical forms may be picked up from your coach or at the middle school office or high school office.

Students will not be allowed to practice until proof of insurance and a physical are given to each respective coach.
