Three Earn Promotions At Bank Of Prescott

The board of directors of the Bank of Prescott has announced the appointment of Tal Webb and Philip McAdams as assistant cashiers of the Bank and Faith Beavert as secretary to the board of directors.

Webb graduated from Prescott High Schoolo in 1983 and from the University of Arkansas in 1988 with a BSBA degree in finance and insurance. He moved back home to Prescott last year in November to assume duties as a loan officer for the bank.

He also serves this community as pastor of Morris Baptist Church and as a member of Kiwanis International.

Webb is married to Krista (Gilleylen) of Prescott and they have two girls: Lacey, age 9, and Tessa, age 7.

McAdams is a native of Hope and a graduate of Hope High School. He has both a BSBA degree in finance and banking and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas.

He has also graduated from the New Examiners Training School conducted bly the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, and the Arkansas Bankers Association Lending School.

He also has completed the Leadership Arkansas classes sponsored by Entergy Arkansas.

McAdams has been employed by the Bank of Prescott for over two years, and is currently serving the bank as a loan officer and loan review officer.

He is an active member of Central Baptist Church, Rotary Club of Prescott, and on the board of directors of the Prescott Fire Community Choir.

He is married to Janet McAdams.

Beavert graduated from Prescott High School in 1974. She is a graduate of Arkansas Bankers Association Lending School with Arkansas State University at Jonesboro. She has attended Henderson State University, Texarkana Community College, University of Arkansas Community College at Hope, and various banking schools. She is a graduate off Arkansas Institute of Banking with a basic certificate in banking.

She is married to Danny Beavert. They are members of Central Baptist Church where her husband is a deacon. He is also an Alderman for the city of Prescott.

Mrs. Beavert is a Girls' Missionary Auxiliary teacher at Central and a past Sunday School teacher. She is currently serving as vice president of the Prescott-Nevada County Chamaber of Commerce.

Beavert began working in the bank in 1974. She has worked in various deparments in the bank and is currently a loan officer and an assistant vice president.

The Beaverts have two children, Melissa, a senior at Prescott High School, and Chris, a senior at Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia. Chris is a three-year letterman for the Muleridders football team.
