Parade Is Aug. 31Published Wednesday, August 18, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneThe Nevada County Fair parade will start at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, August 31. The line-up will be at 5 p.m. starting at its regular parade route on East Olive Street. The floats and cars will be judged at around 5:15, before the parade this year. Cash prizes will be awarded to the winners. Anyone interested in entering a float or car will have to pre-register with Nancy Burke by calling 887-2237 or 887-2671.
