College NewsPublished Wednesday, June 25, 1997 in the Nevada County PicayuneLaura Culpepper, a graduate of Prescott High School, has been accepted to Freed-Hardeman University for the fall semester. Registration for the fall semester at Freed-Hardeman is scheduled for August 18, 19 and 20. Freshman will arrive on campus August 16 for a period of orientation. The 1996 fall enrollment at Freed-Hardeman stood at 1,562, according to Paul Pinckley, vice president for enrollment management. He expects this fall's figure to exceed that. "We are looking forward to another record enrollment," he said. Culpepper is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Duncan Culpepper of Prescott. Chancellor Daniel E. Ferritor is pleased to announce the 1997 graduates from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. There were a total af 1,507 students who received degrees this past spring semester at the University. Daniel Edward Loe of Prescott has graduated with a bachelor of science degree with a major in industrial engineering. Jim Purtle, also of Prescott, graduated with a bachelor of science degree with a major in finance. Keith E.
