Exercise Program Set To Begin June 26

A new exercise program designed speifically for people with arthritis will begin June 26 at 7:00 p.m. at Prescott Housing Authority, located at 401 Hale Avenue in Prescott.

The program is called PACE, an acronym for `People with Arthritis Can Exercise,' and is being sponsored by the Arthritis Foundation, Arkansas Chapter.

The exerise program is designed to help people with arthritis keep their joints flexible, maintain muscle strength, and build overall stamina. The program is a rereational series of gentle movements and activities.
