Four Named To Bank Of Prescott Board

The Bank of Prescott board of directors have recently elected four new directors. They are Duncan Culpepper, Billy R. Hines, Larry Rhodes and Robert C. Smith.

Culpepper, an attorney, received a bachelor of science in business administration degree from University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1976. He received a juris doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1978.

Culpepper has practiced law in Prescott for the past 18 years, while serving as municipal judge for nine years and deputy prosecuting attorney for four years.

He is a member of the Prescott Rotary Club and the Church of Christ. Mr. Culpepper is married to Debra Harris Culpepper and they reside in Prescott with their daughters, Laura and Beth.

Hines is owner of J.D. and Billy Hines Trucking Co., Inc., which has been in operation in Prescott for 61 years.

He is a member of First Baptist Church in Prescott.

Hines is a founding member of the Interlocal Coopertative Industrial Board.

He is married to Vickie Bobo Hines and has three children, Kiley, Cameron and Leslie, who reside in Prescott.

Rhodes received a bachelor of science degree in forestry from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in 1970. He has been a partner in Four-Way Tie Company since its inception in 1977. He has been a partner in Prescott Land and Timber Company since 1983.

Rhodes attends Beech Street Baptist Church in Gurdon and is a member of the Arkansas Timber Produers Association.

Rhodes is married to Judy Brady Rhodes. They have two children, Kurt and Sarah.

Smith received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia in 1973. He has managed the NAPA store in Prescott since he opened it in 1975.

Smith serves as an elder with the Church of Christ and is a member of the Prescott Rotary Club.

Smith is married to Bonnie Harris Smith. They have two daughters, Robbie and Kelly.
