Grant and Gigi Golden from Hope had lunch with their grandparents, George and Joy Cox, on Thursday. Those joining in the birthday celebration for Glendene Haynie on Thursday were kids, grandkids and in-laws, Joyce Tyree, Nita Maxwell, George Howard and Geri, Earl and Kay Rayburn, Mary Jewel Powell of Little Rock, Hazel Powell of Little Rock, Pershing and Mary Cox and George and Joy Cox. Lane Martin celebrated his third birthday on Sunday afternoon at his grandparents' home, Nana and Papa Hillery. Others attending were his mother, Chanda, Billie Ridling, Eddie and Bettie Hillery, Kristi, Darren and Emilee Neal, Terri and Megan Vandiver, Kim and Shelbi Cottingham, Justin and Cole Hillery, Markita Hamilton and Timothy Robertson. LaNell Nash is sporting around a new car. Now, if she can just find someone to ride with her. Charity, Randy and Caleb Lowdermilk joined her mother, Betty Wilson, and brother, Casey Meeks, from Ole Miss in Pine Bluff with Bill Woodell and his family. Darren Neal spent part of last week on a business trip to northern Arkansas and also visited his mother, Peggy Roedel, and grandmother, Robbie Snyder, in Jonesboro. Paul and Courtney Ghormley, son of Paul and Linda Ghormley, has moved to Tulsa, Okla., where he has accepted a job with a law firm there. Friends of Paul and Ellen Nelson will be happy to know they have bought a home and are now living in Prescott. Welcome. Betty and Jim Robertson from Dallas visited her mother, Lucy Taylor, at Hillcrest Care and Rehab last week. Donnie Rinkle also visited her sister, Lucy.
