Jerry Red FaulknerPublished Wednesday, July 23, 1997 in the Nevada County PicayuneJerry `Red' Faulkner, 84, of Emmet died Tuesday, July 15, 1997, at his residence. He was born May 29, 1913, to Charles C. and Dora (Wake) Faulkner. He was a farmer. Survivors include two sisters, Nobie Faulkner of Emmet and Odell Whitley of Hope; several nieces and nephews and two special nephews, who he raised, Floyd Polluck of Murfreesboro and Lloyd Polluck of Little Rock. Services were Thursday, July 17, in Herndon Chapel in Hope with Rev. Bruce Smitson and Rev. Jerry Ebsen officiating. Burial was in Snell Cemetery in Emmet under the direction of Herndon Funeral Home.
