William Coy NolenPublished Wednesday, August 13, 1997 in the Nevada County PicayuneWilliam Coy Nolen, 79, formerly of Blevins, passed away Tuesday, August 5, 1997, in Dardanelle. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Elizabeth Bostick Nolen, who died in 1991. Survivors include his son, William Coy Nolen II of Casper, Wyo.; two daughters, Nancy Elizabeth Golden of Dardanelle and Rebecca Ross Dean of San Antonio, Texas; three sisters, Alice Ward and Dot Bonds both of Hot Springs and Imogene Royston of Hope; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Services were Saturday, August 9, at Bethel Baptist Church with Harold Presley and Bill Christian officiating. Burial was in Bethel Cemetery under the direction of Shackelford Funeral Home of Prescott. Memorials may be made to Hospice at 103 W. Parkway, Russellville, AR 72801.
