Open House Set At PHS; School Starts Next Monday

Students in the Prescott School District need to remember to begin setting their alarm clocks once again.

School officially starts in Prescott Monday, Aug. 18.

With this in mind, the faculty and staff invite parents to an open house for the 1997-98 school year. The open house will be held Friday, Aug. 15.

The day will kick off with a community coffee from 7:30-8:30 a.m. in the Prescott High School lobby. This will also give parents a chance to see the renovation work that has been done since the fire.

From 8:30-9 a.m., there will be a welcome program, followed by "Awesome Affirmations," from 9 a.m. until noon. This program will be presented by Julie Pyburn.

All parents are urged to attend the open house.
