Military NewsPublished Wednesday, August 18, 1999 in the Gurdon TimesThe Arkansas Army National Guard has announced recipients of rewards and decorations. The Army Commendation Medal went to Specialist Kenneth G. Bradshaw of Gurdon. Recipients of the Army Achievement Medal are Sergeant Joseph D. Snow of Arkadelphia. Other promotions include: Gabrial A.
