Herbert Manning

Herbert Manning, 80, of Arkadelphia died Wednesday, September 3, 1997, at Baptist Medical Center in Arkadelphia.

He was born October 30, 1916, in Clark County, the son of the late Walter Gray and Stella Rebecca Floyd Manning. He was a retired farmer and a member of Richwoods Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Lola Murrell Manning; one son, Gary Manning of Arkadelphia, four brothers, Hershell, Earl, T.A. and Connie Manning, all of Richwoods; one sister Sue Jester of Bradley; four grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

Funeral services were Friday, September 5, at Richwoods Baptist Church with Rev. Scott Jackson and Rev. Temon Jenkins officiating. Interment was in Richwoods Cemetery under the direction of Murry-Ruggles Funeral Home of Arkadelphia.
