Beulah Barger Milam

Beulah Barger Milam, 82, of Prescott passed away Thursday, September 4, 1997, at Columbia Medical Park Hospital in Hope.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Huey Milam.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Pat Milam of Prescott; two daughters and sons-in-law, Nina and Fred Williams of Maumelle and Betty and Roy Rodgers of Texarkana, Texas; one brother, James Barger of Sulphur, La.; three sisters, Nina Cavanah of Pine Bluff, Peggy Nichols of Stamps and Pat Thorp of Camden; eight grandchildren, Lynn Cox of Prescott, Debbie Gunnels of Shreveport, La., Steve Williams of San Jose, Calif., Kim Burton of Shreveport, Slaten McLelland of Dunkirk, Md., Karen Winston of Maumelle, Kyle Williams of Conway and Christy Niven of Texarkana, Texas; 15 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.

Services were Saturday, September 6, at First United Methodist Church of Prescott with Rev. Jim Lenderman officiating. Burial was in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery under the direction of Shackelford Funeral Home of Prescott.
