Regulations Are ReadyPublished Wednesday, September 17, 1997 in the Nevada County PicayuneThe 1997-98 Hunting Regulations booklets of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission are available to sportsmen across the state at license dealers nad sporting goods outlets, as well as regional offices of the commission. The booklets feature artwork of the state record buck deer on the cover. It was done by wildlife artist Ken Carlson. A variety of information in the free 80-page booklets includes regulations changes now in effect, such as the new rule allowing use of telescopic sights on muzzleloaders and the three-point rule for deer zones 13 and 19A.
