Smith Is New Preacher At Assembly Of God

Rev. Jerry Smith is the new pastor at Prescott First Assembly of God Church. He is a graduate of Central Bible College in Springfield, Mo., and holds a bachelor of arts degree in pastoral ministries and Bible.

His wife, LeAnne, is also a graduate of CBC, with an associate of arts degree in deaf ministries. She is also a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God.

The Smiths have a three-year-old daughter, Michaela.

Rev. Smith is no stranger to Arkansas. He is originally from Gurdon, but has been the pastor of Oak Grove Assembly of God in Malvern the last four years.

Rev. Smith's first Sunday at Prescott First Assembly will be September 28. Sunday morning services begin at 9:45, Sunday evening 6:00.
