Kathleen Hardage Williams

Kathleen Hardage Williams, 82, of Arkadelphia died Wednesday, August 18, 1999, in Baptist Medical Center in Arkadelphia.

Mrs. Williams was born September 29, 1916, in the DeRoche community, the daughter of the late Garland and Effie Hardage. She was a member of Second Baptist Church and a retired deputy circuit clerk for Clark County.

Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by one brother, Mack Hardage, and one sister, Gertrude Bray. She was the widow of Willie James Williams.

Survivors include one son, Billy C. Williams, former circuit clerk of Clark County, of Arkadelphia; one brother, Lloyd Hardage of Malvern; and one sister, Evelyn Davis of Camarillo, Calif.

Funeral services were held Friday, August 20, at Second Baptist Church in Arkadelphia with Rev. Carl Kluck and Rev. Jerre Hassell officiating. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery in Arkadelphia by Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home of Arkadelphia.

Memorials may be made to Kathleen Hardage Williams Scholarship Fund at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia.
