J.D. Gammill

J.D. Gammill, 78, of Bluff City died Saturday, October 4, 1997, in St. Michael Health Care Center in Texarkana, Texas.

Mr. Gammill was born February 13, 1919, in Fordyce. He was a driver for the Southwest Arkansas Development Council.

Survivors include his wife, Charlene Kirk Gammill of Bluff City; three daughters, Ann Rumpult of Tyler, Texas, Kay Rabey of Glendale, Ariz., and Donna Dodson of Benton; two sisters, Inez Stanfield of Harrison and Geneva Harrison of Camden; five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

Funeral services and burial are to be today (Wednesday), October 8, at Ebenezer Cemetery near Bluff City with Raymond Hicks officiating. Shackelford Funeral Home is to be in charge of the services.
