Corrections, Clarifications

Published Wednesday, October 8, 1997 in the Nevada County Picayune

We'll try to get it right one more time:

  • The two belt buckles given away at the Nevada County Fair were donated by Rep. Sandra Rodgers of Hope. Teague Eye Clinic donated two belt buckles, but they were given away at the Southwest District Fair in Hope.

  • Not only are the four young ladies mentioned in last week's Picayune - Jessie Ward, Heather McLelland, Johnna Bryan and Rachel Dougan - going to participate in the Arkansas State Fair next Monday, October 13, but so will Erica Burdue, Lauren Harris and Whitney Lowdermilk. Burdue was the county fair's talent winner as instrumental soloist and Harris and Lowdermilk were the talent winners of the vocal group division at the local fair.
