She returned home with good friends, plenty of souvenirs, tons of photos and memories to last a lifetime.

In addition, a special friend from Vienna will be making his first trip to America soon to visit her.

"I'm excited about having the chance to show someone my home and how we live," she said, "just as so many people did for me. I am forever changed because of my time in Europe. I realize how big the world really is, and although I saw and did a lot, there is so much more out there to explore.

"Things were so different, and it did take a while to adjust, but once I did, I truly loved it.

"I hope to be able to go back to these places again someday, and also visit many of the European cities I didn't have time to see. It was the most fun, most educational, most interesting, most exciting thing I've ever done, and I thank God I was given the opportunity."
