Darious W. Hendrix

Darious W. Hendrix, 83, of Waldo died Friday, October 24, 1997,in Bruce Street Life and Rehabilitation Center.

Mr. Hendrix was born June 6, 1914, in Delight to Mack Dawson Hendrix and Minnie Alice Hornady Hendrix. He was a retired forest ranger for the Arkansas Forest Commission. Mr. Hendrix was a member of First Baptist Church in Waldo. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Martha Lou Hendrix.

Surviviors include his wife, Jamie Hendrix of Waldo; one son, Glen Hendrix of Pine Bluff; five grandsons, Paul Fox of Pace, Tony Fox, Roland Fox, Charles Hendrix and Mark Hendrix; four sisters and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral services were Monday, October 27, at First Baptist Church in Waldo with Rev. David Jimerson and Rev. Williams officiating. Burial was in Shiloh Cemetery under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home of Magnolia.
