Red Ribbon Week Winners Announced

Gurdon Primary School celebrated Red Ribbon Week October 27 through 31 with a poster contest. The winners in the kindergarten class were, l-r, Marleigh Williams, first place; Jenna Hurst, second place; Kellie Cooper and Chase Pledger, third place; and Jessie Prince, fourth place.

Winners from the first grade at Gurdon Primary School in the Red Ribbon Week posters were, l-r, DeAngela Beamus, first place; Donte Stephens, second place; Kelli Pennington, third place; and Hollye Egger, fourth.

Red Ribbon winners in the second grade at Gurdon Primary were, l-r, Kirby Sandidge, first place; Tynesha Ivory, second place; and Amber Dempsey, third place.

Third grade winners at GPS in the Red Ribbon poster contest were, l-r, LaDonna Lasker, first place; Christian Hopson, second place; and Erica Johnson, third place.
