Designer Workshop Is Planned For Holidays

Old Washington Historic State Park will present its annual holiday designer workshop on Saturday, November 15, and Saturday, November 22.

Join professional designers as they teach you how to use holly, pine, mistletoe, magnolia, sweet gum and smilax to make swags, wreaths, ornaments for the tree and other seasonal decorations.

Jack Spates, a professional florist for over thirty years, will be leading this workshop.

A fee of $20 per person includes a box lunch in the old WPA gymnasium, located behind the 1874 Courthouse at Old Washington Historic State Park. Reservations and a deposit are required to hold your spot. Class size is limited.

Old Washington Historic State park is open daily from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
