it seemed he was just waiting to get sacked. He stayed in the pocket, which drew the defensive line and left Woodley open in the flats. The pass was perfect and, thanks to several good blocks, Woodley went in for another score with 6:52 left in the third period.

The Wolves lined up to kick the extra point, but the snapped ball went through Brent Jordan's hands. He picked it up and ran to the end zone for a two-pointer, making the score 35-18.

On Beebe's next possession, on the Badgers' sixth play, Morrow knocked the ball loose from Price as he went back to pass and Jarrod Miller recovered for Prescott with the ball on the Beebe 30. It was scoring time again.

Johnston gained four yards on a keeper, then Van Hook rushed for seven yards and a first downat the Beebe 19.

Johnston handed off to Flenory on a good fake. Flenory moved the ball to within three yards of the goal line.

Woodley took the handoff and went in untouched for the sixth TD of the night for the Wolves. Fountain's kick was good to make the score 42-18 with 2:54 left in the third period.

A roughing the kicker penalty moved the Prescott kick-off point to the Beebe 45. Fountain's kick went into the end zone.

Beebe had to punt again to the Curley Wolves, and then Prescott's next drive was halted eight yards short of another score.

However, the Badgers gave the Curley Wolves another chance a few plays later when they turned the ball over on downs. Prescott took over only 26 yards away from the goal.

Van Hook gained 21 yards on the first play for the first down at the five.

Another run for Van Hook moved the ball to the one, then Woodley slid down for a two-yard loss before Van Hook moved it to the two. On fourth down, Johnston went in for the TD. The PAT by Fountain missed for the score to remain 48-18 with 4:50 left in the game.

Beebe fumbled the ball back to Prescott, but the Curley Wolves had to turn it back on downs, which meant one more score.

The Badgers took over on their own 33. Price tried a lateral pass in the flats that was missed. The intended receiver made no attempt to pick it up, so Andrew Fellows did for Prescott and went in for the final touchdown. The PAT attempt by Van Hook missed for the final score to remain 54-18, the first time any team had ever scored over 50 points on the Badgers.

Johnston attempted 22 passes, completing 14 for 218 yards. Brent Jordan as quarterback attempted two more that fell incomplete. Price attempted 27, completing 11 for 105 yards. He threw 14 incomplete passes and he had two intercepted.

Prescott only had two first downs the first period, even though they scored three touchdowns. They finished with 14 while Beebe finsihed with 15. Those TD runs by the defense don't count as first downs.

Prescott had 30 yards rushing and 25 passing offensively the first quarter. In the second period the Wolves rushed for 73 yards and Johnston passed for 98; the third it was 61 and 68; and the fourth it was 58 and 27.

In all, the offense had a net of 441 yards, the best of this football season.

Van Hook was the game's leading rusher with 86 yards. Woodley finished with 68.

Price was sacked four times by the Prescott defense for a net loss of 50 yards and one fumble.

The Curley Wolves were penal-ized 10 times for 85 yards. The Badgers only had the red hanky thrown three times for 35 yards.

The big week is this week. To play next week the Curley Wolves will have to go through the Star City Bulldogs. It can be done, even though the Bulldogs play in a lot tougher conference than Beebe.

It will take determination and heads up playing.

Be there.
